Appointments

 Our Appointments telephone line opens each weekday at 08:30am. When you ring the Practice staff will ask you some questions to determine your condition. Some of these questions may include if you have a temperature or a cough, these questions help us to determine the best action to take but also to protect our staff and other vulnerable patients, please be co-operative with the receptionist as they are trying to help you and are bound by the same confidentiality laws as the doctors and nurses. You will be added to the triage list where calls are triaged by the Doctors using the information you have provided, if appropriate you may receive a call back from a GP. If deemed appropriate an appointment will be arranged or you will be given other relevant advice. All patients over the age of 13 years will be asked to provide and wear a face mask/covering before entering the building.

The surgery is on the ground floor allowing easy access for disabled patients.
